PROFIGRAM

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

We have been continuously welcoming interns for years in collaboration with the following higher education institutions:

In addition, we have established cooperation with the Zyntern Internship and Entry-Level Career Portal and maintain close collaboration with the Schönherz School Cooperative.

At the beginning of the program, interns undergo a comprehensive company orientation, including site visits, introductions to colleagues, and engaging onboarding sessions.

Interns are assigned interesting and challenging tasks throughout the internship. They have the opportunity to experience all phases of the projects and acquire professional skills even before completing their degrees. Occasionally, they also have the chance to participate in site visits and fieldwork.

Furthermore, we provide ongoing support and feedback through a designated mentor who assists not only in applying theoretical knowledge into practice but also in their thesis preparation.

Upon completion of the internship period, motivated and determined interns are presented with the opportunity to secure a full-time position within the company and explore other areas in-depth.
