Warehouse Clerk

Place of work: primary location in Apahida, Cluj
Superior: General Manager

Detailed tasks:

He will be involved in the reception, handling, collection and preparation of the goods
Hw will ensure the registration part of the products according to the logistic specifications, their introduction into management at the intended locations
Performs stocking operations in the software
He will will prepare the parcels according to the internal policy, and will load them into the intended cars (couriers or trucks) according to the delivery schedule
When receiving the goods in the warehouse, check the documents (NIRs) and report any differences
Ensure the movement of stocks
Ensure the optimization of the space in the warehouse
Participate in the inventory process
Reports any error occurred in the process of packaging/damage of parcels, or complaints from customers.

Experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years
Experience working in stock management programs
Attention to detail
Organized
Forklift certificate and work experience, ISCIR
Experience in easy handling of packages and merchandise at designated locations (physical strength, coordination and dexterity are also required in preparing goods for delivery but also cargo receptions)
Experience in managing and laying (mapping) a warehouse.
Experience in warehouse inventory
Driving license category B
