Project Manager Assistant

Place of work: primary location in Apahida, Cluj
Superior: Project Management teamlead

Detailed tasks:

  • Preparation of handover reports for projects
  • Performing tasks related to the certificate of completion
  • Preparation of financial accounts, consultation with colleagues, then approval by the client
  • Preparation of documentation for projects (upon request of project managers, senior designers)
  • Upload working time data to the program
  • Administration of invoices issued to the customer in ProfiCash
  • Keeping track of contracts and contract modifications (but not responsible for authoring and arranging contracts)
  • Invoicing information for finance
  • Make appointments (Outlook in event invitation)
  • Performing documentation and other administrative tasks related to orders
  • Maintains customer data, prepares confirmations
  • Make phone calls to clarify, clarify and qualify incoming requests
  • Contact with partners in written and telephone form
  • Inclusion of business opportunities and projects
  • Conducts planned offer tracking, manages and documents business opportunities
  • Working according to ISO 9001-2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience working in stock management programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Driving license category B
  • English knowledge is a must
  • Hungarian knowledge is a plus
  • Mechanical Engineering degree (finished or ongoing) is a plus.
