Project Manager Assistant
Place of work: primary location in Apahida, Cluj
Superior: Project Management teamlead
Detailed tasks:
- Preparation of handover reports for projects
- Performing tasks related to the certificate of completion
- Preparation of financial accounts, consultation with colleagues, then approval by the client
- Preparation of documentation for projects (upon request of project managers, senior designers)
- Upload working time data to the program
- Administration of invoices issued to the customer in ProfiCash
- Keeping track of contracts and contract modifications (but not responsible for authoring and arranging contracts)
- Invoicing information for finance
- Make appointments (Outlook in event invitation)
- Performing documentation and other administrative tasks related to orders
- Maintains customer data, prepares confirmations
- Make phone calls to clarify, clarify and qualify incoming requests
- Contact with partners in written and telephone form
- Inclusion of business opportunities and projects
- Conducts planned offer tracking, manages and documents business opportunities
- Working according to ISO 9001-2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system
Ideal candidate:
- Experience working in stock management programs
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Driving license category B
- English knowledge is a must
- Hungarian knowledge is a plus
- Mechanical Engineering degree (finished or ongoing) is a plus.
